Refund Policy

We want you to love your BreezePro purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at support@breezepro.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@breezepro.com with photos and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been used, damaged by misuse, or returned outside the 30-day window are not eligible for a refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 7 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company. If you still have concerns, contact us at support@breezepro.com.
